    GF series crushing machine is a high output and low energy consumption crusher specially designed for recycling film, small hollow bottles, and PET bottles.

    According to the characteristics of different material forms, this type of plastic crusher is equipped with kinds of rotors, which can be matched and selected according to the crushing needs. The diameter of the rotor is from 500-800mm, the minimum rotor width is 700mm, and the maximum is 1600mm. A targeted rotor structure can be designed to achieve the best crushing effect.

    The special welding process is used to integrally weld the steel structure, which can meet the demanding requirements and materials which are not easily broken. It also with large rotor bearings, tool holders, and rotors. Standard V-shaped cutting technology is beneficial to improve cutting recycling efficiency and reduce dust content in recycled materials. The deflection wedge, a detachable attachment with a third knife, meets different crushing needs through simple disassembly. Other standard equipment includes an easy removing anti-wear plate in the crushing chamber and an external bearing to reduce the risk of contaminants entering.

    Composition

     Belt Conveyor

    The plastic waste is conveyed into the crusher through the belt feeding device; The device adopts ABB/Schneider frequency converter for frequency control. The conveying speed of the belt feeding device is linked with the fullness of the crusher, and the speed of the conveyor belt is automatically adjusted according to the current of the crusher. 

    Metal Detector

    Optional Ferrous Metal Permanent Magnetic Belt or metal detector can prevent metal specials from entering the crusher and effectively protect the blades of the crusher.

    Rotor

    Heavy-duty vane rotor, welded steel structure, with rotary knives, V-shaped mounting angle, and X-shaped cutting shape. The extension shaft of the rotor can be equipped with a governor wheel. The adjustable rotor tool minimizes the downtime of tool change.

    Knife Blades

     Knife Blades Material: DC53 Higher hardness (62-64 HRc) than D2/SKD11 after heat treatment; Twice the toughness of D2/SKD11 with superior wear resistance; Substantially higher fatigue strength compared to D2/SKD11.

    Crushing Chamber

    The crushing chamber is welded with 40mm ultra-high hardness steel plate, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, low-noise, and has a longer service life.

    Motor

      Adopt imported brand motor WEG, low energy consumption, low noise, long service life.

     Frame

      Welded structure, the whole frame is placed on the shock-resistant rubber-metal connector, which can resist shock and reduce noise.

     Silo

      Adopts a large air volume and silent air supply system. The pipes and silos are made of 304 stainless steel, and the exterior is covered with sound insulation cotton, which can effectively reduce noise.
