The sales team will communicate with you on the specific details of the plan, including equipment configuration, electrical brand, delivery time, price, payment method, transportation, etc., to ensure that all links meet your expectations.

04 . Contract signing

After both parties reach an agreement on the quotation and plan, we will sign a formal contract to lay a legal foundation for subsequent cooperation.

Service process

01 . Drawing provision

The technical department will provide detailed equipment drawings to ensure that the production process is accurate and correct.

02 Production arrangement

The workshop arranges production according to the plan and drawings, and clearly provides the estimated completion time.

03 Quality control

After production is completed, we will conduct strict quality inspections to ensure that each device meets high standards.

04 . Test machine acceptance

The business personnel will invite customers to view the test machine in the workshop online, or customers can go directly to the factory to inspect the goods to ensure that the equipment is operating normally.

05 . Delivery preparation

After the customer's acceptance, we will pack the equipment and arrange for delivery.

After-sales

Service process

01 . Installation guidance

ACERETECH's engineers will provide online guidance or door-to-door service to help customers complete the installation, commissioning and operation training of the equipment.

02 Warranty service

ACERETECH promises to provide customers with a two-year warranty service to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

03 After-sales return visit

Our after-sales engineers will visit the customer's factory from time to time to understand the use of the equipment and provide necessary maintenance and support to ensure that the customer's production activities are not affected.
