This line is for the post industry BOPET film recycling. The client has rich experience in pelletizing line, and they used to use European machines, but this time they choose ACERETECH consider our machines higher cost performance and similar technology.
The materials are from the BOPET film scrap, and during BOPET materials has strong toughness, so the client is crushed by themselves. During PET materials are flowing like water, so this line we use back flush filter, which can realize automatically clean the PET materials. Also this client also want to produce PBAT film in the same line, so we use under water pelletizing system in this system. Our under water pelletizing technology is both suitable for PBAT and PET materials. Based on our engineers experienced commissioning the machine, this line can operate stably and reach capacity 800kg/h in client’s factory.
