This is a recycling project of post industrial. The customer originally used crushers and pelletizing machine provided by European suppliers. The raw material is BOPA packaging film.
The new project requires customers to re evaluate equipment suppliers. Conduct assessment requirements in terms of equipment capability and quality. The final decision was to select a cost-effective solution from equipment suppliers in Austria and China.
ACERETECH provides customers with a perfect solution for recycling of post industrial. This plan includes a crusher and a pelletizing machine. 



Through reliable quality and design, BOPP materials can be recycled and reused in the production of stretch film materials. Replace PP with virgin resin. Reduce production costs. The customer has undergone many internal meetings and communication. Visited ACERETECH factory many times for inspection. The final decision was to hand over the project to ACERETECH for completion. Now, the machine has been put into operation smoothly. Prove that the customer's choice was correct.
