Due to the strong toughness and low bulk density of PET/PA fibers, we recommend that customers use the method of shredding to reduce the size and then granulation.
After the front section is shredded, our fiber size is smaller, and the size is more regular, which is more conducive to uniform drying and compaction in the compactor.
Due to the particularity of the material, we use a three-stage Roots vacuum pump to remove more impurities in the melt. Because the customer is a clean material, we are equipped with piston type screen changer. Because the output of this line is not large, the customer chose the water-cooling strands pelleting system considering the price. If the customer needs a higher degree of automation, we can provide automatic strip cutting system and underwater cutting system.
