1. Introduction to PP non-woven fabric

Traction feeding: Use advanced traction feeding device to ensure that the raw materials enter the pelletizer evenly and improve the pelletizing efficiency.
Belt loading: Belt loading is adopted to reduce labor intensity and increase loading speed.



Metal detector: Equipped with a metal detector to effectively prevent metal impurities from entering the pelletizer and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
300L pellet barrel: Use large-capacity pellet barrel to improve production efficiency.
80mm screw diameter: The screw diameter is moderate, which can not only ensure the pelletizing quality, but also meet the production demand.
Underwater pelletizing method: Use underwater pelletizing technology to reduce dust pollution during the pelletizing process and improve pellet quality.
With pelletizing viewing window: The equipment is equipped with a pelletizing viewing window, which is convenient for operators to observe the pellet status and adjust the equipment parameters in time.
Vibrating dehydration screen: Use vibrating dehydration screen to effectively remove moisture from particles and improve particle dryness.
