Washed LDPE Film Recycling

In plactic washing system, we have different model squeezer machine for soft film drying, squeezer with or without heating unit, after drying, material in different forms, moisture around 8-10%.

ACSS double stage compacting and pelletizing system can handle both non-plasticiztion and semi-plastization film. Dust & moisture collector on compactor can help pre-dry/dehumidify and clean the material in the compactor, to remove moisture and dust out from the compactor. Also auxiliary heater for compactor, to help to pre-dry the materials in the compactor with hot air.

Our standard water-ring pelletizing machine including water-ring pelletizer, pneumatic device to control the blades well touch on the die head to make sure the final pellets uniform, after horizontal centrifugal dryer pellets moisture within 0.6%.
