Here is the recycling solution we provided to our customer:
Step 1: Belt conveyor IN
Step 2: Shredder to make the big lumps to medium size
Step 3: Belt conveyor OUT
Step4: Crusher to make the medium size flakes to small size flakes
This customer has many sets film blowing machine in his factory. They will have many lumps during their production. So he needs a shredder and a crusher to handle these plastic lumps. Firstly, he needs a shredder to make the big size lumps to medium size. Then use the crusher to make the medium size to small size.
After the customer get the small size flakes, they will put the flakes into the pelletizing machine to get the granules. After that, they will use the granules to blow film. At this point, the waste plastic has completed a closed loop in the customer's factory.
