Ⅰ.Four levels of recyclable waste plastics
1.Recycling refers to the use of the usual processing methods to process recyclable waste plastics (trimmings, etc.) into products with the same or similar performance as new materials.
2.Recycling refers to the processing of waste plastics (trimmings, etc.) by one or more processing methods into products with slightly worse performance than new materials.
3.Recycling refers to the recovery of chemical components in waste plastics into monomers or fuels.
4.Recycling refers to the recovery of energy from waste plastics through incineration.
Ⅱ.The classification of commonly used waste plastics 
Commonly used waste plastics are PE, PP, PVC, PET, EPS, PA, ABS, PET
1.PET
PET polyethylene terephthalate, also known as polyester, is commonly used in PET bottles.
Characteristics: Highly symmetrical molecular structure, with a certain crystalline orientation ability, so it has high film-forming and forming properties.
PET bottles are widely used because of their strength, transparency, non-toxicity, impermeability, light weight and high production efficiency.
2.PE
PE is basically divided into three categories, high-pressure low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE).
HDPE high density polyethylene Commonly used in detergent containers, milk bottles, supermarket plastic bags.
LDPE low-density polyethylene is commonly used in toothpaste or facial cleanser hose packaging.
3. PVC
PVC polyvinyl chloride - Examples: water pipes, curtains, credit cards, packaging, water bottles, soft material films.
PVC is commonly used for pipes, outdoor furniture, and raincoats.
4.PP
PP Polypropylene, commonly used in bottle caps, straws, microwave food containers.
Characteristics: Inexpensive, light, good processability and versatility, catalyst and new process development further promote the expansion of applications, the main uses: woven bags, tarpaulins, durable consumer goods: such as cars, home appliances and carpets, etc.
5. PS
PS polystyrene is divided into unfoamed or foamed. Not foamed that is polystyrene, commonly used in part of the beverage containers; has been foamed, that is, commonly known as styrofoam, commonly used in the packaging of rubber particles, disposable insulation plastic cups, packaging frozen meat containers, lunch boxes.
Characteristics: Excellent electrical insulation (especially high-frequency insulation), colorless and transparent, second only to organic glass in light transmission, coloring and water resistance, good chemical stability, general strength, brittle quality, easy to produce stress brittle crack, not resistant to benzene, gasoline and other organic solvents.
Uses: lighting apparatus, signboard advertising, building doors and windows, compartment stairway board, light wave board, roof light cover, building decorations with board, furniture, common goods, electrical machinery industrial parts.
Ⅲ.The classification of waste plastics identification
There are many varieties of waste plastics and many patterns, which come from different industries. Plastics can be divided into two categories: thermoplastic and thermosetting according to their structure and properties; at present, most of the plastics that can be recycled in China are thermoplastics because they are soluble and plastic. The different sources of waste plastics cause different degrees of utilization and different prices of waste plastics. There are several steps to identify waste plastics in general as follows.
1, look at the color.
2, look at the brightness (transparent material this step can be removed).
3, feel (sense weight, sense smoothness).
4, ignition (look at the flame color whether smoke, whether it contains off-fire combustion or not at all).
5, smell (all kinds of plastic taste are different, including flame retardants, etc.).
6, drawing (CaC03 more wire drawing is certainly not good, enhanced also can not pull out the silk).
