ACSS1000/140 single screw extruder with compactor, double extruder, water ring granulation system.
Main processes: size reduction, buffer storage, metal separation, pre-drying and pre-shrinking in the compactor, melt extrusion with degassing, filtration, melt extrusion in a second extruder out, secondary filtration, granulation, drying and packaging.
The compactor helps remove moisture and reduce the size of the flakes, thereby increasing feed efficiency and thereby increasing the line's productivity, and precise temperature control eliminates yellowing of the pellets. A powerful vacuum pump removes moisture and gas from the melt so there are no air holes or bubbles in the particles.
The large filtration area of the filter helps reduce the frequency of screen changes. Dual extruder design, with dual filtration process and additional natural exhaust, greatly improves the cleanliness and grade of particles. The spiral lift vibrating dryer effectively dries fragile particles without cracking.
