The dry film processing method is a coherent process of shredding and granulation. Because of the high strength of the polymer film material itself, it needs to be pre-treated, otherwise the pelletizer will not only fail to cut, the extrusion current will also have a great impact, or even stop.
The biggest problem of oil film treatment is how to drain the oil. As long as the problem of oil catching is solved, then granulation is not a problem.
The fluidity of the oil film is better than that of the dry film, which can be clearly reflected in the measured final output.
