Plásticos Reciclados Cadereyta SA. De CV., a company founded in 2006 in the city of Cadereyta Jiménez Nuevo León, Mexico, is a 100% Mexican company that arose based on the problems presented in industrial companies that generate waste requiring special handling, such as plastics, metals, cardboard, wood, electronic waste, with the aim of contributing to the preservation of the environment and the optimization of resources of our business partners.
Since 2018, after the visit by Aceretech, we began the cooperation of providing mills for the grinding of plastics such as ABS, PA, HIPS, PC, PC/ABS, PP, PPS, HDPE etc.

After 4 years, the mills delivered in 2018 are still in good condition and efficient. The owner Mr. Ronaldo is very satisfied, and at the beginning of this year 2022, he decided to buy two more mills to expand his production.

And this month, after so many days due to China's Covid control, we finally managed to test and deliver the two new mills to him.
This is a GE500-800 model, with a power of 60HP, and has a production of 500-800kgh with blower, cyclone silo and fine separator included.
And the GE series adopts a special rotor design and is an economical mill.
The rotor width varies from 500mm to 1400mm, and it meets the production range from 200kg/h to more than 1000kg/h. The rotor adopts high-efficiency scissor cutting technology, the welded cavity of the whole steel structure is combined with the V-shaped rotor to ensure stable machine operation and reliable performance. The compact body design facilitates cavity maintenance, quick cleaning and replacement of rotary blades, fixed knives and sieves.
