This client’s materials is post industry PA fish net, they are one of the biggest nylon producing manufacturer in China.
Due to the strong toughness of PA materials, in order to ensure the stability and efficiency of the recycling and granulation production line, we provide this customer with a solution of shredding first and then compacting pelletizing.
This client has the high quality requirements of the final quality, so we add the roots pump to remove more moisture and micro molecules during vacuum degassing system. Because PA materials MFI is very high, so for the stable feeding pressure, we add an melt pump before figuration system. During the cost performance, this client choose the water cooling pelletizer, also add the heating ex-changer for the water tank. Water cooling system need experienced workers to connect the broken strands, so if the client need automatic processing, we also can change into automatic strands pelletizer.
