Our customers use consumer waste PA6/PA66 fiber as raw material, through processes such as classification, recycling, pretreatment, and chemical&physical treatment, combined with various technologies such as high-temperature and high-pressure component separation, environmental decolorization, multi-channel deep precision filtration, and low-temperature melting, then achieve breakthroughs in high-precision technology for recycled materials, forming a "green closed loop" from waste fiber to high quality recycled pellets, recycled fiber and textile products.

Size reduction system:

Considering high-strength and high elasticity characteristics of waste nylon fibers, we use our heavy-duty shredder with a rotor equipped with anti winding blades to prevent the material from wrapping around the shaft. After shredder, material storaged in the buffer silo to feed into pelletizing system automatically.

Compacting pelletizing system:

With special designed compactor knife disk, material at high speed frictional will be well shrinked and enforced feeding into extruder, combined with roots pump vacuum degassing system and high perference filtration system, we can achieve high quality nylon pellets. The final quality pellets can be applicated for textile/fiber products again.

In terms of ecological cycle, recycled nylon fiber can save oil consumption, reduce CO2 emissions, and have similar performance to native fibers. The resulting fabric can have characteristics such as softness, skin friendliness, elasticity, comfort, and water resistance.
