In 2023, ACERETECH experienced rapid growth in new orders, not only within China but also securing a substantial number of orders from countries such as Mexico, Japan, Egypt, Poland, Romania, Turkey, Ecuador, Ghana, Pakistan, and more. Throughout the entire year of 2023, ACERETECH received nearly 100 orders for plastic recycling, washing, and pelletizing projects, with processing capacities ranging from 500 kg/h to 3 tons/hour. Notably, the highly anticipated 3 tons/hour PET food-grade washing, pelletizing and SSP turn-key project were completed at the end of 2023, marking ACERETECH's second food-grade PET recycling key project.
In the fiscal year 2023, ACERETECH successfully delivered 85 projects in an organized manner, all of which have been operating steadily under the professional guidance of ACERETECH engineers. The 3 tons/hour PET food-grade washing, recycling and regeneration project in Pakistan, comprising a PET food-grade bottle-to-bottle washing line, pelletizing machine, and SSP solid-state polymerization system, has an annual processing capacity of 30,000 tons, opening a new chapter in ACERETECH's food-grade recycling, washing, and granulation.
ACERETECH places a strong emphasis on investment in technological research and development and team building, aiming to address the process bottlenecks in plastic recycling. Responding to market demands, in 2023, ACERETECH completed the upgrade and optimization of PET recycling, washing, and granulation, introducing a new food-grade recycling process and achieving turnkey solutions for bottle-to-bottle and bottle-to-sheet processes.
Continuously improving product quality and service standards, ACERETECH strengthens market promotion and expands new partnerships. As the pandemic concluded in early 2023, borders reopened, and ACERETECH actively participated in exhibitions worldwide, showcasing its latest washing, recycling, and granulation process technologies and services. The exhibition footprint covered various countries worldwide, including Germany, the United States, the Netherlands, Japan, Mexico, Dubai, Italy, Iran, Brazil, and numerous provinces and cities domestically.
