1. For small size lumps, we can directly use a crusher to reduce the lumps size to small pieces(Normally we need the flakes size between 10-14mm), then we put the small pieces flakes to our ASE series single screw extruder and pelletizing system to make them into granules. After drying, we blow them into our product silo.
Here for the pelletizing system, we need to choose suitable method according to different materials. For different materials and different capacity, we will provide you water strands type pelletizing system, water-ring pelletizing system, under-water pelletizing system, automatic pelletizing system, etc.
