Bubble film is a versatile plastic packaging material that is lightweight, highly transparent, non-toxic, and odorless. It can protect electronic products and household appliances; Used for packaging and filling, applied in horticulture and home decoration; Used for cleaning and maintenance; Used for insulation and warmth. Bubble film can usually be recycled. Bubble film is mostly made of recyclable polyethylene (PE) plastic and can be reused through recycling and reprocessing. The recycling process typically includes the following steps:
1. Collection: Classify and collect the discarded bubble film to ensure that it will not be mixed with other non recyclable garbage.
2. Shredding/crushing: Shredding or crushing the cleaned bubble film for subsequent processing.
3. Washing: Clean the collected bubble film to remove surface dirt and pollutants.
4.Re granulation: Melt the washed bubble film into granules , which are then used to produce new bubble films or other related products.
