BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film is a transparent, tough plastic film with good physical and chemical properties, widely used in industries such as packaging, labeling, tape, and printing. However, with the increase in usage, the disposal of BOPP film has become an increasingly serious issue. To achieve the recycling of resources and reduce environmental pollution, the recycling and reuse of BOPP film has become particularly important.
We have provided a set of 250kg/h BOPP waste film recycling and granulation equipment for the largest BOPP film producer in Bulgaria.
Due to the strong toughness of BOPP film, we provide our customers with a solution of shredding first and then pelletizing.
Firstly, customer will put their BOPP waste film into the shredder. After the BOPP film size shredded into small size, they will be go into a storage silo. Shredded BOPP film will then go to the compactor to be the shrink style. Then material go into the extruder directly. After vacuum and filtering, materials will be cut into granules.
What’s more, customer also use the same recycling system to recycle PP jumbo bags. It also achieves the good machine running condition.
