As a professional plastic products manufacturer, they are very strict in the selection of suppliers. The project for this bidding is a set of multi-function plastic recycling pelletizing machine that for the recycle PP/PE powder, fiber, film, bags etc. The MFI range is 0.5-50g/10min.


 
Based on the material characteristics, the ACERETECH’ team recommended the ACS800-120 cutting&compacting under-water pelletizing system to customers. This system adopts advanced European recycling technology and integrates cutting& compacting, pelletizing can effectively improve the feeding efficiency and protect the material performance. The advanced underwater granulation system can be applied to different MFI raw materials. High automation can effectively improve production efficiency and save labor.
