Step 1-SIZE REDUCSION:

When recycling BOPET film, we usually need to reduce the size of the BOPET film to within 20mm. This way, after the material enters the compactor and shrinks at high temperatures, the size becomes more uniform, creating a stable and efficient foundation for subsequent entry into the extruder. Therefore, we need to equip a highly efficient and powerful crusher. To ensure the continuous and stable crushing and granulation process, we need to add a buffer silo between the crusher and granulator.


Step 2:Compacting & Melting & Vacuum degassing &Melt filtration

Compactor: The crushed BOPET fragments enter the pellet bin and rotate at high speed, generating frictional heat that causes the material to reach a pre shrunk state. The unique dual disc design effectively ensures the material stays in the compaction bin for a longer period of time, resulting in more efficient removal of moisture.
Melting and Degassing: Unique screw design, high-quality bimetallic material, not only gently and efficiently melts BOPET material and transports it forward, but also ensures that output capacity will not decrease for at least two years. With Water-ring pump combines with Roots pumps, volatile such as micro-molecules and moisture in the melt are exhausted to improve quality of granules, which is important for PET/PA/PA6/PA66 materials.



Melt filtration: Non-stop piston type screen changer or black-flush filter are normally used in BOPET recycling pelletizing.
